Rocket League Witnesses An Incredible Achievement In RLCS X By Team BDS
With their quiet but stable progress in esports scene, Rocket League is still delivering a high quality competitive content to its fans and followers. With the Rocket League Championship Series X being home to top-notch matches among the best of each region, fans are surely not having a single dull day at all.
Last night, Team BDS has played a mindblowing game and managed to win two consecutive European RLCS X Regional events. Moreover, the players of Team BDS Marc “MaRc_By_8” Domingo, Evan “M0nkey M00n” Rogez, and Alex “Extra” Paoli are currently playing their first RLCS season after their promotion from Rival Series. This shows very clearly that they have set their sights on huge achievements. They already managed to beat very well-known teams throughout the event despite being considered as underdogs, their grand final victory was over Vodafone Giants.
Extra made a funny remark on post-match interview that actually gave us a glimpse of how effective was the situation of being underdogs on their plays. He said “You’ve seen we double committed so many times because it’s the final and we are panicking a bit. We just scream at each other to go for the ball.”
Still, they are currently sitting on the lead position with 702 points in the standings, followed by the runner-up Top Blokes who has 450 points. Top 16 teams will qualify for European Fall Major, and the points will also accumulate there. In the end, we will be watching only the top six teams of the Europe in Worlds.
