Riot Games Introduced Exciting 2020 Worlds Pick’em Rewards
Pick’em challenges in tournaments are already a thing now since few years, and Riot Games is apparently determined to ramp the thrill up with some remarkable rewards for tight fans of League of Legends.
According to their announcement, the initial pick phase will start after play-in stage is done after September 30. The participants will be putting their predictions in the order they think the individual groups will play out. For every correct prediction, players will get a certain amount of points. More score means better rewards once the event ends. Group stage predictions will not be affecting the knockout stage and you will have a chance to put a different set of predictions for quarterfinals and onwards.
During the tournament, viewers will be receiving various minor rewards merely for putting their picks on time. Total score after the tournament ends will result in various in-game summoner icons based on the points earned. By chance, if you manage to make a fully perfect prediction from first moment to last, you will be receiving all five ultimate skins in the League of Legends and also an Alienware Aurora gaming desktop. That is indeed huge.
The event will begin with play-in stage on September 25. First selections will be available once play-in stage ends on September 30.
