Gambit Youngsters Coach F_1N Admits Use Of Coaching Bug
Seas of CS:GO scene are still stormy after the recent outbreak of coaching bug incident. Many people are wondering how much effect did this bug actually have on the matches played, and most of the community is calling out the companies and organizations for a full-scale purge of the scene from all kinds of cheating. As cheating has been becoming a serious problem over the last years in CS:GO, people are understandably furious and frustrated.
ESIC (Esports Integrity Commission) has already started an investigation about this matter with the contributions of former ESL Referee Michal Slowinski, and Slowinski also called out everyone who used this bug to admit and come clean as a chance to keep their records clean. The investigation comprises 25,000 demos to be examined for possible use of this bug.
After pita and Rejin stepping up to admit their previous use of this bug lately, coach of Gambit Youngsters F_1N also decided to follow the honest path and shared a video on YouTube to show how he used the bug and watched AGO’s spawn zone. After this, Gambit Youngsters suspended the coach until the a verdict is issued by ESIC.
There are also some players who are against the punishment of coaches or organizations as the bug was Valve’s own mistake and many people already used it as a “part of the game”. Still, everyone is agreeing on the opinion that CS:GO should be a clean and trustworthy game to play for years to come.
